The heart-wrenching story of a young girl in DPRK who plays a part in a docu-movie about making a propaganda movie about the glory of the people of North-Korea and their glorious leaders, in the best traditions of Korean moviemaking, but who are all tricked by the system in believing that the ongoing war is the reason and the exclusion of envy the solution.

This social experiment on a national level is allowed by the rest of the world that is tricked by the system believing that there is no reason to be envious at North-Korea and it is the solution to exclude the DPRK from the international community.
