Boy makes the wrong drawings during the Korean war and doesn't get any allowance until he knows how to handle money. Finally he learns how to shoot straight and is learned to avoid any jail at all costs. With the help of 3 doctors T. becomes a fine product of American society and drives everybody around him insane with his feelings. Yeah, those doctors know how to stay in business while T.'s victims lose sleep at night.
But in America every kind of freedom belongs in jail.
And fifteen years later by his probation officer he is prohibited from contacting any females until he knows how to handle women and beer or hookers and money, whatever comes first.
