I know. I know. Some will argue that the government already knows everything about us anyway - what we purchase, who we call, where we go - so what's the difference? The difference is the distinction between habit and opinion. Sure, the government knows our habits. Now it will know if we are outspoken - or more accurately - how outspoken.
